Please read through the terms & conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and, or if, placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Security for the safety of your personal information, LONGEVITY online store uses STRIPE PAYMENT GATEWAY / SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser window when SSL is activated.
LONGEVITY's ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however LONGEVITY cannot guarantee this. When we receive your order, LONGEVITY store can not guarantee that all the products shown are available at the time you place your order. In the event of the product that you ordered is no longer available you will be contacted by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures in the LONGEVITY store can differ from their actual colours. LONGEVITY cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
The personal information you forward to LONGEVITY will only be used in order to fulfil the undertakings LONGEVITY have and to assure you the best service. LONGEVITY will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. LONGEVITY reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.
LONGEVITY accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card and PayPal. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with our partner STRIPE. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.
LONGEVITY reserves the right to hold all orders for two business days to ensure a safe payment transaction.
As a measure to ensure the safety of both ends of the transaction, we only accept payments from credit cards issued in the same country the order is placed from.
Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have any way of estimating what these costs are.
LONGEVITY cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR, USD or GBP into any other currency.
UNCOLLECTED & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
LONGEVITY will not pay return shipping costs for uncollected & undelivered packages, due to incorrect details provided by the customer. We also do not cover any duty/taxes/custom fees that may incur with international shipments. If a package is rejected due to fees not being paid and the package is returned to us with fees to pay they will be deducted from the refund amount along with original shipping costs.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
LONGEVITY has a 7-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped to us within 7 days of receipt.
To return or exchange your product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com stating your order number and reason for return or exchange.
During 7 days from the delivery of your package , you may request to exchange or return your order.
Returns will only be accepted, if you return the purchased products in the exact same condition as you have received them. The products should not have been worn, used or washed.
We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. This may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. LONGEVITY will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return.
It's the customers responsibility to pay any shipping cost that may incur when returning the products.
In the case of an exchange, LONGEVITY will not add additional charges for shipping of the new items.
We recommend that you should always use a traceable shipping service with shipping insurance.

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINT POLICY
We welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. We aim to deal with any problems quickly and fairly. If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our Customer Services Team stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
