Products will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders are shipped by DHL Express within the UK & Worldwide. When your order (is on its way) leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

You will be responsible for any Duties & Taxes incurred from your order which may need to paid on collection or delivery of your package. Unfortunately, there are too many territories with varying rules and rates for us to detail every circumstance. We advise you visit your local government website regarding import duty and taxes for the latest information.
IMPORT CHARGES
When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
RETURNS
LONGEVITY has a 7-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped to us within 7 days of receipt.
To return or exchange your product, please contact us immediately at info@longevity-london.com stating your order number and reason for return or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
BREXIT AND CUSTOMS UPDATE
Taxes and customs charges may now be applicable on orders from outside the UK. The rate thresholds of these charges differ from country to country and are set by your local government. LONGEVITY is not responsible for any additional taxes and custom charges that are payable during the shipment of your order.
These charges will be payable on arrival and will not be charged at the checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities for details on your tax before you commit to purchase.
